Application Modernization (AMS) is one of the largest Atos business practices in Poland. It employs over 1,000 IT professionals in the areas of BA, Testing, Project Management, Data Base, and Development. AMS executes contracts for more than 140 clients from various industries.
We are currently looking for PostgreSQL/MySQL Database Administrator (on prem and in Cloud)

We are looking for motivated and willing to develop employees who would like to join Atos and face with multinational challenges. Employee will manage databases on-prem and in Cloud
What will You do?
- Day to day support of PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ MariaDB on-prem and in Cloud databases including replications and PaaS databases
- Diagnosis and solving availability/performance issues
- Maintenance and upgrade PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ MariaDB on-prem and in Cloud
- Migrate database from on-prem to Cloud
- Implementation of new projects
- Cooperation with other team members
- Creating documentation

Must have experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PostgreSQL and MySQL/MariaDB on-prem databases administration
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in managing PostgreSQL/MySQL/MariaDB in AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud
- PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ MariaDB software installation on-prem and in Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ MariaDB software upgrading (minor and major release) including clusters upgrade
- Experience in data migration (pgdump, pgrestore, mysqldump, mysqlimport, pglogical)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience in database monitoring and performance tuning
- Knowledge of continuous archiving and point-in-time-recovery (PITR) will be in plus
- Experience in PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ MariaDB replication and High Availability solutions will be a plus
- Database management on-prem and in Cloud certifications will be a plus
