Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) is a set of technologies, processes and policies to secure and manage the use of corporate- and employee-owned devices within an organization. EMM is constantly evolving to accommodate an ever-changing set of device platforms and mobility trends in the workplace.
What will you do?
- enrolling and configuring mobile devices (iOS and Android) to co-operate with various EMM systems
- preparing technical documentation and describing processes for end-users and Service Desk agents
- end-user support in the following technologies: WorkSpace One, MS Intune
- managing MS Intune environment (policies, configuration, application deployment on iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices)
- troubleshooting and problem-solving within EMM tools and on end-user devices

- English B2
- technical knowledge of the following technologies: MS Intune, WorkSpace One, Azure
