    Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our IT operations by handling administrative requests and assisting experienced IT administrators. This position is an excellent starting point for someone looking to build a career in IT administration and gain hands-on experience with various technologies. We are looking for someone based in Warsaw to be able to meet with clients.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Receive and manage administrative requests, including opening remote connections for senior administrators, with a focus on learning and skill development.
    • Windows Client Systems Support: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows client systems, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
    • Participation in meetings and technical presentations for Clients
    • Creating solution concepts for Clients based on available technologies and services
    • Preparing and conducting workshops/webinars/trainings for potential contractors
    • Travelling to the clients’ offices few times a week


    Our Requirements:

    • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position
    • Network Components Knowledge: Basic understanding of network components, including tasks such as replacing switches, access points, and print servers.
    • English & Polish Proficiency: Good command of the Polish & English language, both spoken and written, is essential for communication within the team and with clients.
    • Active Directory & Exchange Administration: Experience in managing Active Directory and Exchange, particularly in account setup and administration.
    • Basic knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Power BI services, Azure SQL, Azure Data Storage, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Applied AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning would be would be nice to have.
