Technical Business Analyst (Cloud & HPC Migration)

We’re currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in their digital transformation journey. They're looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a high-impact migration project focused on moving standalone applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — with a strong emphasis on High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.

🚀 About the Project

You’ll collaborate closely with a Technical Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical requirements are translated into actionable deliverables. This is a critical role in enabling cloud migration with minimal disruption and maximum value to the business.

This position goes beyond traditional BA work — you’ll help shape processes, clarify complex system interactions, and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Translate technical goals into structured business requirements
• Analyze legacy applications and identify key business rules and integrations
• Create detailed specs, user stories, and test scenarios
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Build process flows and visual documentation
• Work hand-in-hand with developers, testers, and business partners
• Track requirement traceability and support UAT
• Support change management and knowledge transfer activities

✅ What You Bring

Must-haves:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software or cloud migration projects
• Strong background in documenting complex requirements
• Knowledge of cloud concepts (ideally GCP) and modern development environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in agile teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good understanding of data structures and APIs
• Fluent English (C1 level)

Nice-to-haves:

• Background in pharma, life sciences, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with HPC environments and containerization (Docker/K8s)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and business process modeling
• Exposure to scientific computing or research-heavy systems
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent
