The IT company Andersen invites a System Analyst to work on a project in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain.

The project is a system that serves as a centralized platform for data encapsulation from various sources. Its primary function is to facilitate order creation and management for external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating between several business units and the development team.
- Developing, analyzing, prioritizing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers, testers, and the team to follow.
- Assisting the business unit in transforming their visions to running software.
- Supporting BU by creating their requirements according to the business needs and system capabilities.
- Translating business requirements into functional and technical software design specifications for development.
- Creating data models as part of the design artefacts.
- Preparing and organizing BU alignment meetings to find and present solution designs.
- Creating test scenarios for the initial Integration test of delivered functions.
- Aligning external deliveries with other IT departments.
- Planning releases and milestones together with the BU.
- Providing Level 3 support for applications under your responsibility.
- Collaborating with vendor support on all issues with commercial applications.
- Setting up administrator and user profiles.
- Maintaining system documentation.
- Creating and maintaining SLAs.
- Programming in an administrative language.
- Completing other one-time tasks assigned by the manager.
Must haves:
- Experience as a System Analyst for 4+ years.
- Experienced in Small Parcel Applications (Centiro, e2Open) with 3+ years in end-to-end implementation from requirements to go-live.
- Skilled in translating BU needs into high-quality software solutions.
- Functional and business process knowledge of the Logistics and Supply Chain industry and experience with logistics, transportation, and shipping software.
- Profound expertise in system and/or business analysis of complex software systems or industries.
- Assist technical teams in assessing unique customer service needs and developing solutions.
- Extensive, broad-based expertise across large-scale project-based IT design/deploy/migrate type services engagements and mission-critical production operations and support.
- Academic degree of computer sciences or equivalent education/knowledge.
- Self-dependent work in your responsible functional area with ability to learn new areas and new skills quickly.
- Good problem solving, analytical skills.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Experience of working Blue Yonder Pacel Handler.
- In-depth knowledge of customizations and configurations with related WMS applicatons Blue Yonder parcels handler.
- Basic understanding of incident and problem management.
- Basic familiarity with software engineering and ability to read programming code and familiarity with programming concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL, XSL, BO and Tablau, ZPL (Zebra Label Laguage).
- Understanding of EDI concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools – Excel, World, Outlook.
- Java experience.
