Job purpose:
AmRest is on its path to become the biggest restaurant operator in Europe. Currently the company operates 2000+ restaurants under 9 brands in 16+ countries and is increasingly more present in Digital space.
To support its growth, the company is seeking for an analytical-minded individual open for rewarding challenges in a fun environment. You will be responsible for providing insights regarding market, trends, competitors, sales and marketing performance to support all brands in making strategic decisions.
Your challenges:
- Deliver data-driven insights and analyses upon Marketing and Brand managers' request in order to improve customer experience in digital channel
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or insights regarding customers, their needs and behaviors
- Provide dashboards, reports and forecasts in close cooperation with Business Intelligence team to support decision making
- Cooperation with external suppliers of analytical tools
- Continuously learn and bring world-class solutions and best practice to the company
Your skills & experience:
- At least 1.5 years’ experience in the position with analytical background including driving business value from consumer’s insight
- High analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Good command of English (B2/C1)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Good command of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, familiarity with Power BI would be a plus
- Understanding of machine learning methodologies would be an advantage
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and precisely
