Join G2A.COM as a Junior Data Analyst and start your career in a data-driven organization where analytics supports real business decisions. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with data and learn how to turn analysis into insights that help teams make better choices. 

You’ll build a solid analytical foundation by working with SQL, Python, data visualization, and real business problems. This role is designed for people who already have good analytical fundamentals and want to gain practical experience, responsibility, and confidence in applying them in a real-world environment. You’ll work hands-on with real data and real challenges, gaining experience in making decisions that truly matter for the company. We value clear thinking over perfect tools and will actively support your growth as you develop your analytical skills.

This role was created to support analytical work across key areas of the organization, while giving you the opportunity to learn how business context, product decisions, and data validation come together in practice. 

You’re a perfect match for the role if: 

• You have solid foundations in data analytics, gained through studies, courses, internships, or hands-on projects 

• You can write SQL queries to analyze datasets and answer analytical questions 

• You can use Python for data analysis (e.g., data manipulation, analysis, basic modeling) 

• You understand basic statistical concepts and analytical methods, knowing that applying them in practice may require guidance and review 

• You can reason logically about data, assumptions, and the limitations of analyses 

• You’re curious about how data supports business and product decisions 

• You’re willing to learn, ask questions, and iterate on solutions with feedback 

• We expect solid analytical foundations, but not perfection – reviews, discussion, and iteration are part of how we work 

Good to have (but not required) 

• Academic, internship, or project experience with data analysis or experimentation 

• Exposure to product, business, or user behavior analytics 

• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) 

• Interest in experimentation and data-driven decision-making 

Your responsibilities: 

• Support analytical topics from data exploration to insight generation 

• Analyze business performance and user behavior with guidance and regular feedback 

• Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses used in day-to-day decision-making 

• Learn how to formulate hypotheses, define success metrics, and validate ideas using data 

• Support experiments and data validation efforts, including analysis and interpretation of results 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the questions behind the data 

• Ensure data quality and follow analytical best practices
