Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Hybrid/Remote, Kraków | B2B for 12 months

Amer Sports is looking for a Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and support the delivery of enterprise-wide digital and technology transformation programs.

In this role, you will take ownership of core project management workstreams, ensuring structured delivery, clear tracking, and effective coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. It’s a hands-on position ideal for someone with a background in consulting, project management, or project delivery, who wants to grow within large-scale, global transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders across brands and regions, gaining exposure to complex, high-impact programs and building a strong foundation for future growth into senior project or program management roles.

This role includes travel (approx. 40-50%) to key locations, including Munich, Helsinki, and Vancouver.

What you will be doing:

Project management & delivery tracking

• Support day-to-day project management operations, including preparation and facilitation of project meetings.

• Maintain key tracking tools such as risk registers, action logs, and decision trackers across multiple workstreams.

• Monitor cross-workstream dependencies and proactively identify and escalate delivery risks.

• Maintain and improve project templates and tracking tools in collaboration platforms.

Reporting & executive communication

• Support preparation of steering committee materials and executive-level updates.

• Consolidate inputs from various teams into clear, structured progress summaries.

• Maintain project dashboards covering milestones, readiness, and delivery status.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks.

Vendor & system integrator coordination

• Track vendor and system integrator delivery against plans, highlighting risks and deviations early.

• Monitor testing activities, defect logs, and resolution progress.

• Support vendor governance by preparing structured updates and ensuring follow-ups on commitments.

• Coordinate knowledge transfer and handover activities from external partners.

Stakeholder collaboration & coordination

• Act as a coordination point between PMO, business teams, and regional stakeholders.

• Support communication and change management activities across the program.

• Ensure alignment and transparency across all involved teams.

What you need to succeed:

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, project management, project delivery, or a similar role.

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs is a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience working with vendors or system integrators.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and structured updates.

• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Interest in digital transformation and enterprise technology platforms (experience with tools like Workday is a plus).

• Fluent English.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
