Lead GenAI Engineer (Financial Data Analytics)

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior GenAI Architect/Developer specialising in financial data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing advanced analytical solutions utilising various GenAI techniques.

Your role in the project:

• Design analytical solutions for processing and analysing financial data using various GenAI techniques. 
• Evaluate the performance of existing solutions and models, proposing strategies for their maintenance, enhancement, or replacement with more relevant alternatives. 
• Design system architecture, select appropriate models, and inspect available data sources for optimal performance to propose feature engineering transformations. 
• Design interactive assistant using chatbot to facilitate access to analytical insights and provide user-friendly interfaces for stakeholders. 
• Develop MLOPS processes for continuous model evaluation, updates, and deployment, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the solution. 
• Disseminate knowledge of GenAI techniques, presenting the pros and cons of optional solutions, highlighting chances and challenges related to their application for given use cases. 
• Create Proof of Concept (POC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of proposed solutions to demonstrate feasibility and value. 
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and align proposed solutions with business objectives. 
• Work closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to industrialise solutions and integrate them into production environments. 

If you possess...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 
• Comprehensive knowledge of deep learning techniques and various state-of-the-art GenAI models, as well as their principles, strengths, and limitations. 
• Seniority level with a demonstrated track record of success in projects related to the implementation of GenAI techniques with practical experience in 
• Discovering requirements and evaluating available data 
• Selecting models and their evaluation in a series of PoC's 
• Deployment of the models via APIs 
• Monitoring and maintaining model performance 
• Proficiency in Python programming, including extensive experience with relevant libraries and frameworks. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing and implementing conversational interface chatbot solutions, leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques. 
• Experience designing and implementing MLOPS processes for model evaluation, update, and deployment. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud 
• Leadership experience
