We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Alteryx & Tableau Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflows in Alteryx and dashboards in Tableau to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation and transformation processes.
• Build interactive, insightful Tableau dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all deliverables.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
• Document solutions, workflows, and data sources for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data workflows and visualizations.
• Provide support and training to end users on Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows.

And if you possess..

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Alteryx and Tableau development.
• Proficient in data blending, cleansing, and transformation using Alteryx.
• Expertise in building visually appealing and insightful dashboards using Tableau.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
