The mission of our team in Allegro is maintaining and improving Enterprise Systems Infrastructure. We are responsible for maintenance and development of Enterprise Systems(Active Directory, Identity Governance and Administration - Sailpoint, VMware virtualization, MS SQL, Azure management, PKI, InHouse PAM for Windows, E-mail flow with TrendMicro anti spam and Microsoft Exchange, backups Veeam and Zerto).
We have embarked on a journey to build the largest e-commerce group in Central and Eastern Europe. This brings with it new challenges in terms of building an international team, unifying and improving our Enterprise Systems infrastructure, and at the same time designing new processes.
Systems Engineer in our team is responsible for

Active directory - Manage and maintain Active Directory environments

Azure management - administer and configure Azure services, including Azure AD

Maintain and optimize MSSQL Server databases, including performance tuning, backups and security

Implement and manage disaster recovery solutions using Zerto and Veeam, ensuring data protection and business continuity
- Implement and manage Identity Governance Administration Solution, including role-based access model, user provisioning and identity lifecycle management
- Manage Public key Infrastructure Environments
- Administer in house Privileged Access Management systems with granting secure access to critical systems

Operate and maintain Windows Servers environments, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Configure and manage mail routing systems using Trend Micro Email Security and Exchange Onprem
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
- Holds on-call duty 24/7
We are looking for people who have
- minimum 3 years experience on similar position
- Strong Experience with Active Directory structure and services
- Azure public cloud governance knowledge, including Azure AD
- IN-depth knowledge of VMware technologies, including vSphere, ESXi and vCenter
- Expertise in MSSQL Database administration
- Solid understanding of PKI, including certificate authorities, encryption
- Experience with PAM tools and best practises
- Proficient in LDAP,, Kerberos and domain trusts
- Identity and Access Management - Implementing IAM policies and practises
- Patch management - implementing patch management strategies for all systems
- Storage management - Managing SAN storage solutions
- Proficient in Windows Server administration,including PowerShell scripting and performance tuning
- Experience with mail routing and security using Trend Micro Email Security
- Administration of Exchange Onprem server
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup solutions especially Veeam and Zerto
- Automation and scripting - experience with powershell or other scripting languages
- Network configuration and troubleshooting - understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs
- Security Best practices - understanding security standards and protocols and firewalls
- Analytical thinking – how to solve problems and drive to do it
- Good knowledge of English (B2 or C1) – you’ll communicate and write in English
- Advantage is knowledge of Polish or Czech
The following are also a plus
- While it is not a strict requirement, having experience with automation will be a significant advantage. This skill will enable you to contribute more effectively to our team's efficiency and innovation efforts.
- Cloud security - Ensuring compliance and security within cloud environments
- High availability and Failover - Configuring HA solutions for critical systems
- Remote access Solutions
- Service integration and report generation using monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
