We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s Active Directory (AD) environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, security, and performance of AD services while supporting user authentication and access management. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance identity and access management solutions.
MD rate: 11 700 – 15 000 PLN
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies.
- Monitor and optimize AD performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement and manage security policies for user authentication and authorization.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues, including replication, login failures, and policy application.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD with other systems such as Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to standardize configurations across the network.
- Document AD configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and support audit requirements.

3+ years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, particularly Active Directory and DNS.
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy Management and PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid identity management.
- Familiarity with LDAP and Kerberos authentication protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity protection solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or MCSA.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 integration and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance tools.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect for application integration.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with third-party AD management tools, such as Quest Active Roles or ManageEngine ADManager Plus.
