Are you passionate about shaping the future of translation and leveraging the latest AI innovations? We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our interdisciplinary team of Localization, Data Platform and Machine Learning experts. Our team strives to continuously improve how translations are performed, in order to drive business value from Allegro international operations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality, on-time translations across multiple markets and languages
- Gather, monitor, and report KPIs (quality, cost, time) of translation services
- Discover and analyze translation client needs
- Orchestrate team resources allocation based on current priorities and ROI
- Identify and implement translation process improvements
- End-to-end ownership of new integrations and features of translations platform (requirements, mockups, reviews, deployment, feedback)
- Manage content types prioritization to calibrate SLA
- Collect necessary data across departments to make informed product decisions

- Have experience in defining/executing product vision and managing roadmaps
- Can balance strategic product ownership with day-to-day operations
- Can communicate effectively with various stakeholders (senior management, vendors, tech teams, etc.)
- Have a track record of delivered AI-based products with measurable business impact.
- Can work across disciplines with product, engineering and research.
- Resolve conflict and stack rank priorities from multiple stakeholders
- Understand technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas
- Can solve problems, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
- Can use data and metrics to support decisions and drive actions
- Can designate KPIs and objectives
- Ask accurate and relevant questions
