We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead multiple projects, drive communication between the team and partners, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple web application development, maintenance, and support projects. Ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are on track, while maintaining strong relationships with both partners and clients.
- Reporting: Write and submit detailed monthly reports for partners, providing insights into project status, progress, and challenges.
- Sprint and Status Meetings: Participate in regular sprint meetings with partners, ensuring project milestones are met and aligning on priorities.
- Client and Partner Communication: Join monthly calls with partners and clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and align on next steps.
- RFP and RFI Management: Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), submit bids, and participate in follow-up meetings and discussions.
- Handling Support Tickets: Address and manage support tickets from both partners and end users, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of any technical issues.
- Feature Testing: Test new features and improvements on web applications to ensure they meet the desired functionality and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly and effectively with difficult partners, ensuring key messages are delivered and issues are managed diplomatically.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in web application development and support environments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with partners, clients, and team members, including managing challenging conversations with diplomacy and tact.
- Technical Background: Experience working with web applications and technical environments; ability to understand and discuss technical issues with development teams and clients.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with sprint planning and working in Agile environments.
- Report Writing: Strong ability to create concise, informative reports on project progress, issues, and solutions for partners.
- Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships, including regular communication through calls and meetings.
- Bid Management: Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs, preparing bids, and participating in post-bid discussions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially in testing new features and ensuring the quality of web applications.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
