    Friendly offer

Join us as a Product Manager – revolutionizing air passenger rights with cutting-edge data solutions!

Are you a data-savvy visionary with a passion for empowering air passengers with the latest technology? Do you get excited about diving deep into complex systems, optimizing processes, and uncovering hidden insights within vast datasets? If so, you might just be the Product Manager we’re looking for! We need you to spearhead the next generation of flight disruption solutions.

At AirHelp, we’re on a mission to make air travel fairer and more transparent. We’re building innovative systems that are reshaping how passengers understand and exercise their rights when flights don’t go as planned. And that’s where you come in.

Please submit your application in English.

    Locations: Kraków/Gdańsk/Warszawa

    What you’ll do:

As our Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy, driving the development and evolution of three key systems:

    •  Intelligent legal eligibility engine: You’ll own the product roadmap for our core system that determines flight claim eligibility. This involves understanding regulations, algorithm analysis, and a drive to boost accuracy and efficiency.
    •  Automation powerhouse: You’ll champion automation and and streamlining data and document validation. Your focus will be on identifying bottlenecks, designing process flow automation solutions, and ensuring seamless data flow.
    •  Global flight data platform: You’ll be instrumental in shaping our comprehensive system for gathering, storing, and managing real-time, extensive data on flights worldwide. But it doesn't stop there – you’ll be the creative force behind how we leverage this rich data to develop products and features that genuinely help air passengers navigate the complexities of travel disruptions. Think smart alerts, predictive insights, and personalized support.

    Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

(Disclaimer: We understand that you may not tick every box. But if you are excited about the idea of joining AirHelp, we'd love to hear from you anyway).

    • Strategic thinking: You can translate market needs and business goals into a compelling product vision and roadmap.
    • Analytical prowess: You possess strong data analytics skills and are comfortable working with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive product decisions.
    • Algorithmic acumen: You have a solid understanding of algorithms and processes, with the ability to analyze and optimize them for performance and accuracy.
    • Excellent communicator: You can clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Problem solving: You’re adept at identifying challenges, proposing creative solutions, and driving their implementation.
    • Technical foundation: Your background includes previous experience in engineering or data science, giving you a strong technical understanding of the systems you’ll be managing.
    • Airlines advantage (big plus!): Knowledge and hands-on experience within the airline industry — particularly in areas like flight planning, fleet management, or air traffic control, will give you a significant edge.
    • User-centric mindset: You’re passionate about understanding user needs and building products that truly solve their problems.

    Perks and benefits:

    • Private life and health insurance.
    • Flexible benefits: gym membership, personal education, childcare, public transportation, or leisure travel subsidy.
    • Annual travel allowance.
    • Work from anywhere for up to 2 weeks/year.
