How did it all start?
It all started on the island of Bali. While enjoying a beautiful day at the beach, AirHelp’s founders came to a sudden realization — there was no service available that helped travelers with their air travel woes.
The rules and regulations surrounding delayed, canceled, and overbooked flights are practically a mystery to most air passengers. And, if something went wrong, they were pretty much left to fend for themselves.
Our founders knew that this had to change — thus, AirHelp was born.
Our mission
AirHelp began with the goal of helping air passengers secure compensation for disrupted flights. We wanted to provide travelers with the resources needed to successfully make a flight claim, and to educate them about their rights.
It proved to be a success, and as the word spread about what we do, we began to expand our operations. AirHelp now has a team of more than 600 people, and have helped over 10 million air passengers around the world.

Our engineering department develops innovative technology with a single goal in mind — to help people. At AirHelp, we are here to help air passengers.

We need code that is elegant and efficient, with a well-architected framework designed to solve problems. To write great code, we need great people.
