We are currently looking for a passionate personality who will actively promote our company, solutions & services we provide and look for opportunities and tailor-made solutions for our customers in Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates and other countries in CEE + ME region.

Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Identification and continuous development of sales opportunities
  • End-to-end sales process execution (sales potential identification, preparation of indicative and commercial offers, proof of concepts, initial project setup and mobilization)
  • Become a domain subject matter expert; develop relationships with key customers
  • Collection and detailed engineering of business & technical solution requirements
  • Preparation of detailed technical offers, effort estimates, price calculations, commercial conditions
  • Preparation and revision of contractual documents
  • Focus on Cloud based solutions and initiatives
  • Definition of new solutions from the sales and marketing point of view
  • Responsible for formal leadership of our customers’ tenders
  • Speaker at industry conferences, partner events, public marketing events and webinars

 Required skills


  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to interpret customer business and technical needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Experienced in Information Management (Data Warehouse, Reporting, Business Intelligence, ...) for data-rich industries (banking and / or telco)
  • Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures
  • Ability to work seamlessly with distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills with a high level of mental agility
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent English and German in written and spoken language


Nice to have

Strong will to scale the existing and potential business in the range of millions of euros in next 3 years (with a significant potential for the carrier growth)
  • Experience as a sales engineer, IT architect or an equivalent role with enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of Data and Application integration, Data Quality management
  • Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning and implementing new solutions or services for a large business entity
  • Willingness to travel
