We are looking for Maintain customer relationships, identify key stakeholders, and develop effective go-to-market strategies to drive innovation and success in the tech industry.

This role can be a freelance opportunity, offering flexibility to the ideal candidate. This role is open to candidates situated in Romania.

Role:

The Business Development Data & AI Lead & Microsoft Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our data and AI solutions portfolio.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing go-to-market strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and AI, coupled with a proven track record in business development and partnership management.

The job will offer you opportunities to participate in international projects in Central and South-Eastern Europe (job locations Slovakia).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive collaborative success in data and AI initiatives.
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients and partner Microsoft to maximize collaboration and mutual success.
• Identifying key stakeholders and reaching out to explore joint business opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Develop strategies to capture emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business plans.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and improve partner programs, particularly in the area of data and AI solutions.
• Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for joint offerings that align with market trends and customer needs.
• Working with marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns and promotional materials for joint initiatives.
• Providing regular updates and reports on the performance of the partnership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Effectively communicating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in business development or partner management, with a focus on data and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of the data and AI industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Native speaker Romanian
• Very good English language skills
