• Managing the end-to-end delivery of a project with focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivered;
• Supporting the project teams, focusing on delivery excellence and continuous organizational improvement;

• Retaining and nurturing specialists who make up your team.

Key requirements for this role:

• Experience in managing individuals and teams;
• 4+ years of experience in managing projects;
• Ability to grow others and grow self;
• Understanding business environment and requirements of the business;
• English fluency (C1+) at least communicative Polish (B1);.
