Job description

We’re looking for an outcome-oriented Senior Product Insights Analyst to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will define how we capture, access and use data to enable better decision making across our Tech and Product organization. You will partner closely with our Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Finance and Go-to-Market teams to transform data into actionable insights about our product portfolio health, business performance and operational efficiency. 

What your day would consist of:

  • Design and implement data collection strategies, ensuring we capture the right metrics to measure product health, user engagement and business performance.

  • Analyze product usage data to support strategic product decisions and roadmap prioritization.

  • Develop automated systems for collecting and analyzing internal and customer feedback, generating insights that connect quantitative data with qualitative understanding of user needs and pain points.

  • Present findings and insights to leadership through dashboards, business reviews, and ad-hoc analyses that drive data-informed decision making.

  • Design and track process productivity metrics to identify bottlenecks in our product development lifecycle and recommend improvements to increase team efficiency.

  • Establish data governance practices for product telemetry. Partner with Business Intelligence to ensure data quality, accessibility, and proper documentation for consistent use across the organization.

What is needed: 

  • 8+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science.

  • Strong technical skills in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) with experience designing and implementing data collection frameworks and automated reporting systems.

  • Business acumen and product intuition, with the ability to identify key performance indicators, understand user behavior patterns, and connect data insights to product strategy and business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience managing multiple projects with many cross-functional stakeholders. 

  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity including the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, solve problems independently, and adapt processes to meet evolving business needs.
