We are seeking a Business Analyst to join Data team, with a primary focus on onboarding and operating model definition.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, and working closely with business stakeholders, strategic data platform teams, and data owners to successfully onboard data products onto the Data Fabric. You will also play a key role in defining, evolving, and maintaining the operating models that govern how the platform is adopted, scaled, and used across the bank.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong data knowledge with stakeholder management skills and enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
Support the onboarding of new platforms, data consumers, and data products onto the Data Fabric.
Gather, analyse, and document business, data, and operating model requirements.
Collaborate closely with architects, data governance teams, and technical delivery teams to define effective ways of working.
Contribute to the definition, improvement, and standardisation of onboarding processes.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on onboarding implementation plans and ensure clarity on scope, responsibilities, and timelines.
Work with senior stakeholders to align expectations and drive successful delivery outcomes.
Help shape and maintain operating models that enable scalable and governed use of the Data Fabric across the organisation.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within data platforms, analytics environments, or broader technology platforms.
Strong understanding of data concepts, including metadata, data lineage, and data governance principles.
Experience working directly with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align on expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into structured artefacts.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in workshop settings.
Experience in enablement initiatives and operating model design is highly desirable.
