Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:
• Coordinating activities performed by internal and external Teams to provide best quality of services
• Managing 3rd party suppliers
• Delivering services to our customers at expected quality – following SLA and KPI
• Service live cycle management
• Service delivery reporting – implementations and delivery to internal/external Partners
• Performing reviews/analysis of tickets and proposing improvement plans
• Reviewing escalations and implements corrective and preventive actions
• Initiating and managing Service Improvement Plan (SIP) and Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP)
Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience and technical background
• Very good technical IT knowledge about hardware/software
• A proven track record in developing and implementing new IT services
• Fluent English is a must, preferably advanced Polish; German is a plus
• Customer centric approach
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Solution-oriented
