THE WORK:

• Driven by challenges, identify, detect, and resolve faults while providing guidance and advice to users, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Work with the Service-Now ticketing system, proactively enhancing skills by analyzing issues and automating repetitive processes to optimize efficiency.
• Manage WDS, SCCM, and Active Directory, installing system images and dedicated to evolving skills in monitoring updates.
• Oversee server administration and manage network devices (Cisco, Juniper), thrive on continuous advancement by supporting video conferencing systems.
• Motivated to embrace new opportunities, ensure the seamless operation of critical IT infrastructure while maintaining a forward-thinking and growth-driven approach.
• Onsite: You will be working onsite at our office.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proficient communication skills in English and Polish
• Previous experience in IT / in a role with a similar scope of responsibilities – preferred
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10), Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, proxy)
