Django/Python Architect

We are seeking an experienced Django/Python Architect to lead the design and development of a cutting-edge fintech platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software architecture principles, hands-on expertise with Django, and a solid grasp of the challenges and opportunities in the fintech sector. Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Designing and implementing the overall architecture of the FinTech platform, focusing on modular, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Developing and refining the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving industry standards.
• Setting coding standards, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, QA, etc.) and mentoring junior developers.
• Ensuring the system meets industry regulations and incorporates robust security practices.

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on Django and Python.
• Experience working on fintech projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with financial regulations, payment systems, and related technologies is a big plus.
• Strong background in software architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

It would be nice if you have:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies for integration with back-end systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools).
