Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project
Design new applications and analyses/modifies logic in existing applications
Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
Analyse requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components
Responsibilities:

Design PEGA Applications: Design solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications, ensuring scalability, performance while limiting technical debts and adhering to latest Pega standards

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with feature/transversal business analysts, SMEs, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into effective PEGA solutions

Documentation: Create detailed design documents, including ECS, process flows, data models, user interfaces, access/role management and integration points, ensuring clarity and completeness, maintain the repository for all technical docs

Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of PEGA applications with other systems and application domains, managing data flows and interoperability while ensuring data integrity and coherency across systems

Technical Leadership: Ability to take ownership and lead multiple teams from a technical & design point of view, provide guidance and support to junior team members, establishing quality review standards and conducting code reviews as per best practices and standards. Implanting the Can-Do mindset and positive energy

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PEGA applications within the defined SLA’s, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and best practices, recommending, and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Actively contribute to the team software quality gains as well as efficiency gains

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, and all SME’s providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions

Collaborative Mindset: Ability to integrate into our cross geographic Agile teams working in distributed time zones

Delivery focus: Assist in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of PEGA solutions within budget constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in PRPC with minimum 5+ years of expertise is designing Pega applications
- Strong knowledge of PEGA BRE and appropriate usage of it
- Proven experience in integrating PEGA applications with other business domains and sub-systems
- Knowledge of Cloud is preferred
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative mindset is key
- PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is a plus
