Currently, we are looking for Salesforce Architect to join our international team.
WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?
- You will participate in the implementation of the new capabilities in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- You will be responsible for understanding and addressing business challenges.
- Diving deep into user stories, and overseeing the implementation from both business and technical perspective.
- Collaborate with architecture and business team to find solutions for our challenges.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platform.
- Preparing proof of concepts.
- Translate business needs and technical requirements into user story solution designs.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with product owners, analysts, developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of the features.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?
- 5 or more years of Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
- Knowledge about Salesforce Enterprise Patterns.
- Experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
- Good communication with stakeholders and business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General understanding of Salesforce architecture principles.
- Knowledge about OOTB Salesforce functionalities.
- English – B2/C1+ - spoken and written.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect – must.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, such as Events, RESTful APIs.
