UX Researcher

About project

Currently we are looking for highly skilled and motivated UX Researcher who will join a team working in a global container liner shipping company.

Team is dedicated to improving the usability and functionality of  web and mobile applications. You will be working closely with Developers, Product Designers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and fellow UX Researchers.

Candidates based in the Tri-city area are preferred, but there is an option for 100 % remote work.

Tasks

• Collaborating effectively with developers, designers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and UX Researchers
• Engaging with colleagues from around the world
• Improving research strategies, repositories, roadmaps, and frameworks
• Conducting independent research on various aspects of user interaction with our web and mobile applications
• Gathering and analyzing user behavior using both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as usability testing, user interviews, and surveys
• Educating team members and the broader organization about UX Research
• Partnering with designers, product owners, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities in a dynamic environment
• Presenting research findings through both verbal presentations and written reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher in large organization 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Extensive experience in qualitative research
• Excellent communication skills for discussing user research processes, ideas, and solutions with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level
• Knowledge of UX, ResearchOps, and user-centered design methodologies
• Experience in UX Research within an in-house setting or large organization
• Experience in working in Agile environment
