About project
Currently for our Client (one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world) we are looking for Technical Delivery Lead for pharmaceutical industry.
Tasks
- Continuously establish and update company standards within the QA area and play the role of the owner and the expert in this field
- Ensure projects are launched, executed, and completed according to the client's expectations
- Create test strategies and test plans for products and features
- Identify how QA team members align within an organizational standard and support them in achieving the set goals
- Plan and host regular knowledge transfer sessions for the QA team
- Serve as a high-level QA expert and provide technical guidance for management, team leaders, and also for clients
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domain
- Experience in MES system or has a background in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
- Experience with ITIL and PM needed.
- Experience with test management tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing business applications.
- Strong problem solving, project planning, systems analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in SDLC regulatory requirements and processes, ability to develop and maintain SDLC documentation and procedures.
- Knowledge of Computerized System Validation.
- Knowledge of Service License Agreement.
We offer
- Financial transparency: the salary is: 20 160 – 21 840 PLN (120 - 130 PLN/h) + VAT
- Clear wage model (75/25). 7N Consultants receive 75% of the amount paid by the Client. These are final wages to be received by the consultant.
