Senior Business Analyst (pharma background)

About the project

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will participate in a pharma project to support digitalization of the clinical trials. The project is a highly visible transformation program that will revolutionize the way the company develop, collect and use patient consent information. 

Tasks

• Work closely with clinical functions in the organization to understand their needs and help shape technology solutions 
• Coordinate multi-organization team, leading people from other organizations as well as AstraZeneca in the creation of Business Analysis deliverables
• Work closely with business stakeholders to influence design and process decisions
• Plan and monitor workload and deliverables of Business Analysts
• Be responsible for sharing skills and experience in relevant communities of practice
• Partner with the Business Partner and Project Manager and Product Lead as core member of the project

Requirements 

• Experience in clinical development and/ or software development environment preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial development processes. 
• Experience in working in regulated environment (preferably GxP) 
• Experience in working in SCRUM or SAFe agile teams.
• Structure Content Authoring, Component Content Management Systems knowledge
• Lean SIGMA training
• Practical usage of agile methodology
• Cross industry business domain knowledge

We offer

• Remuneration based on a B2B model: 23 520 – 25 200 PLN (140 –150 PLN/h) + VAT wages may vary depending on experience and qualifications of a given candidate.
