remuneration: 16 000 – 19 200 PLN (100 - 120 PLN/h) + VAT
Requirements
- Command of Agile methodologies including Scrum
- Proven ability to understand business intent (demonstrate "business acumen" to help product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction)
- Able to clarify goals and actions to team in order to achieve them
- Able to support product owner in backlog grooming and in support of team's goals
- Supporting a project team in the timely delivery of VALUE to Business
- Willingness to act as a SCRUM Lead (Ambassador) for all project teams members including Product Owners and stakeholders
- Willingness to work with ALL stakeholders
- Willingness to provide constant improvements in infrastructure and processes around a project
- Willingness to recognize the subject of a project and be a support for Product Owners
- Accepting late hours (work with Partners in SSF)
- Good and passionate facilitator
- Prior experience in a distributed scrum team
- Fluency in English
Preferred - Prior experience in software development projects as a tech lead or project manager
- Product Owner experience and/or certification
- Some technical background (developer, testing/quality control)
- Familiarity with Pharma/Healthcare, Biotech or other regulated industry
