Program Manager with BI experience

About the project

Currently we are looking for Program Manager who has also experience with BI area. You will join a team working on projects from MarTech industry.

You will be working within a geographically dispersed team in Agile methodology. The team mostly takes care of topics related to marketing campaigns using e.g. Adobe Experience Cloud.

Possibility of 100% remote work.

Requirements

• Advanced XL Analysis – handle large data volumes 
• Experience with PowerBI, Data Query
• Ability to understand the business quickly 
• Good BI Systems understanding 
• Solutioning skills using data driven software 
• Program management experience 
• Excellent English skills 
• Nice to have: Adobe certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall project program, including schedule, budget, and resources.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects related to the development of analytical tools and Business Intelligence systems.
• Ensure that project objectives align with the company's strategy and meet stakeholders' expectations.
• Develop advanced reports and analysis using data gathered from various systems.
• Oversee the process of developing and deploying solutions based on PowerBI.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure optimal performance and functionality of the tool.
• Develop solutions based on data-driven software that meet specific business requirements and processes.
• Use data analysis skills to quickly understand business needs and identify key areas requiring attention.
• Design and implement analytical and business solutions that effectively respond to changing business needs and requirements.
