Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join a team building modern digital products across web and mobile platforms. The client operates in the logistics sector.

You will join a UX team responsible for delivering digital solutions across web channels, mobile applications, navigation, FAQ, and notification systems. You’ll collaborate with international product teams to create high-quality user experiences.

Start date: June 1st or July 1st
Engagement: Long-term cooperation
Work model: Hybrid, based in Gdańsk (office presence to be agreed)

Tasks

• Designing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI (web & mobile)

• Translating product requirements and user insights into effective design solutions

• Supporting UX research and usability testing

• Iterating designs based on data, KPIs and stakeholder feedback

• Collaborating with Product Managers, UX Researchers and Engineering teams

• Facilitating workshops, ideation sessions and design sprints

• Contributing to design systems and UX standards

• Presenting concepts and design rationale to stakeholders

Expectations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product / UX / Interaction Design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving and business impact

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (VS Code or similar tools are a plus)

• Experience working in Agile / product environments

• Practical experience in UX research and usability testing

• Strong English skills (B2+ minimum)

• Nice to have: experience with design systems, front-end understanding, AI-supported design tools
