Mid .Net Developer

About the Project

We are looking for .Net Developer (Mid) who will join projects from fintech industry.

Work Mode: Hybrid work from Kraków (1-2 days/week)

Duration of the project: till the end of June 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust, high-quality code across the technical platform, encompassing backend systems, APIs, and automation tool

• Take part in on-call rotations to support platform stability and incident response

• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define, clarify, and iterate on technical requirements

• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code that adheres to best practices and documentation standards

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs and performance issues to ensure reliable system behavior

• Engage in code reviews, offering and receiving actionable feedback to promote code quality and knowledge sharing

• Support ongoing enhancements to development workflows, tools, and team practices.

Expectations

• Min. 3 years of experience as a .Net Developer

• Strong command of the .NET platform and C# programming language, along with hands-on experience using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem - SDKs, IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio), debugging tools, and performance testing utilities

• Proficient in working with HTTP-based systems and familiar with tools such as Postman and Wireshark for development and testing

• Experienced with API documentation and testing frameworks, including Swagger (OpenAPI)

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is considered a plus

• Solid understanding of software design patterns and modern testing methodologies

• Takes ownership of code quality, embraces feedback, and actively shares knowledge during peer reviews

• Efficient at identifying practical, scalable solutions to meet user and business requirements

• English on an advanced level (min. B2)
