Tasks

Support the Smartsheet platform (1st level of support), incl. service request management, access management, knowledge management: assigning licenses, answering questions from business, escalating issues to Smartsheet when needed (if needed), managing a script to revoke license, managing SNOW tickets.
Advice requestor (business) with good practices / develop or fix smartsheet solutions in a co-creation way of working with the requestor (business).

Help product line team colleagues (technical consultants) to get onboarded on Smartsheet (because they will guide users to use smartsheet or another tool and they will have to understand how capable is smartsheet)

Requirements

Front-end developer with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge
Knowledge on Smartsheet (at minimum as a user of it in all its extent: Project Management, Resource Management, Control center, Bridge, Worksapps).
In case of no previous experience of the candidate , training should be provided by the vendor.
Good to have: Previous experience in Scrum driven projects
Fluent English
