About project

The Secondary Data Provisioning product enables the processing and publication of biomedical data for use outside of its primary intended clinical usage, i.e. secondary use. It also includes integration with externally generated data (RWD) from both clinical and non-clinical sources.

Requirements

• database modelling experience 
• R programming experience
• knowledge of snowflake and/or AWS Redshift 
• knowledge of biomarker high dimensional (omics) data.
• develop with both R and snowflake well, also need good knowledge with AWS and cloud environment
