Job description
Let’s check a great opportunity to join global IT provider in Gdansk. As an Agile Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading an Agile team in providing solutions that meet the needs of users and the customer. You will strive to make the best use of the talents of team members by building a productive work environment based on respect and trust. With the active support of Project / Delivery Manager, you will work closely with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders in sustaining a continuous workflow.

- Previous experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid understanding of agile methods (agile), including Scrum
- Practical knowledge of software development processes
- Good understanding of technology, knowledge of trends and directions of development of information technology
- Ability to conduct meetings, moderate groups
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to not only persuade, but also to listen and understand the point of view of others
- Willingness to travel to the Great Britain
- Fluency in English
Desirable skills:
- Experience in working on large projects in a distributed environment
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate
- Experience in working with JIRA
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team by serving it with their knowledge and experience
- Supporting the team in the use of agile practices
- Process management to enable the team to forecast, plan, deliver and retrospect
- Conducting team meetings and scrum ceremonies
- Removing obstacles, escalating risks and problems
- Helping team members to develop their skills and build a career
- Providing stakeholders with access to the current and accurate status of the project without disrupting work
- Taking care of the company's reputation and building good relationships with the client
