Senior Business Analyst (with ARIS)

1dea is seeking a Business Analyst to support high-level business analysis and architecture, with a focus on business data analysis.

Terms of engagement:

Area: EU Public (project: EU Patent Law)

Vacancies: 1 (Senior)

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 3 month notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 150 - 170 PLN net + VAT / h

Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term (minimum 12 month+ contracts)

Recruitment process (100% remotely):



• Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
• Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)
• Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties:

• Conduct high-level business analysis of identified business capabilities and themes, focusing on business data analysis techniques like process mining.
• Analyze business problems, issues, and opportunities to propose improvements, solutions, or operating models.
• Build and maintain business architecture models to represent existing and future business scenarios.
• Support initiatives related to process mining in examination and improving self-service options for external users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
• Deliver reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of pro experience --> Experience in business architecture and BA modeling frameworks (process, information, role, decisions, and rules)
• Experience with ARIS business architecture modeling repository
• Proven experience in business data analysis with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Experience in business process design using BPMN and information analysis
• Experience in business decision modeling
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• English B2+ level (for collaborating with team / external partners)

Nice to have:

• Experience in process mining is a plus
• CBDA certification
