You will be employed directly by Schaeffler - a global automotive company in the service center in Wrocław.
Your Tasks
- Incident / Service Request Management (according to ITIL) for our PLM solution Windchill from PTC
- Development of applications in production, quality management and maintenance
- Root cause analysis in case of software related issues
- Maintenance and expansion of knowledge database
- Conversion of service requests for the assigned systems and applications
Your Profile
- Degree in the field of IT or comparable technical qualification with corresponding practical experience is a must
- Most important is a good Java programming knowhow / practical experience in Java programming
- Knowledge of different databases, like MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
- Good English knowledge for worldwide support activities, German language capability not necessary, but helpful
- Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
- Solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Fun working as part of an international team / active team player
- Good analytical thinking ability
