Senior Flutter Developer

We are SoftCraft, a software house with offices in Poland and Norway. We specialize in healthcare solutions, IoT, and mobile application development, delivering custom-built solutions powered by a passionate team of developers and IT specialists.

For our ongoing and upcoming projects, we are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who will work on modern mobile applications used by real users in production environments.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience with Flutter

• Very good knowledge of Dart (experience with native mobile technologies will be a plus)

• Experience with Firebase tools (Crashlytics, Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Fastlane, Firebase App Distribution, TestFlight, etc.)

• Experience in implementing WCAG (nice to have)

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve problems independently

• Good communication skills with clients and development team members

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)

• Experience in healthcare or IoT projects

• Knowledge of app publishing processes (App Store / Google Play)

You will be responsible for

• Designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter

• Taking ownership of end-to-end mobile features — from requirements to production

• Collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders

• Integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and Firebase services

• Ensuring high code quality, performance, and scalability

• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications

• Supporting accessibility standards (including WCAG 2.2 where applicable)

• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions

• Communicating directly with clients and contributing to technical decisions
