Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced, IT-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll coordinate both people and resources to ensure seamless execution, while delivering high-value projects for our clients and partners in line with company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end deployment of client solutions, from initiation through to final delivery and handover.

• Coordinate project team activities while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain cross-functional links between regional units, sales units, and clients, supporting the client during solution onboarding.

• Oversee project commitments-including timelines, budget, and quality-by managing stakeholders and proactively communicating status and risks.

• Contribute to tender responses (RFP).

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new client needs and proposing value-added services.

• Lead the launch of new partnerships.

  • Develop and manage training and certification programs for the full portfolio of software solutions within these partnerships.

Working Relationships

• Internal: Collaborates with all key stakeholders relevant to the projects within the company.

• External: Suppliers, logistics, clients, and partners.

Professional Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Education: Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership.

• Ability to unite and motivate a team.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

• Autonomy in decision-making.

• Proactive and creative mindset.
