What you'll be doing:
- Consult with business stakeholders (Internal & External) as a subject matter expert on what makes a great experience delivering a compelling customer experience while guiding customers/internally to an in-the-box solution within the platform
- Support the onboarding and enablement of new customers by building assistants, configurators, and search solutions while training and enabling the customer to self-manage their solution.
- Consult with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert on what makes a good assistant, conversation – delivering a compelling customer experience while guiding customers to an in-the-box solution within the platform
- Mapping of data sets to conversational flow and optimize based on Zoovu best practices.
- Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities
- Develop documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations
- Identify risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Zoovu platform and continually stay up to date with industry trends, and latest features and functionality
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering complex projects / software on or before time
- Experience with web technologies, specifically HTML, CSS / CSS3 & JavaScript
- Experience in delivering e-commerce solutions and driving value through industry best practices.
- Familiarity in conversational design of e-commerce platforms.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations
- Effective communicator ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments
- Outstanding asynchronous and remote communications skills
- Ability to engage different teams while driving towards project success
- Strong Consulting skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to our customers
- Ability to explain technical concepts with ease and in the simplest manner possible to any type of audience (technical through non-technical)
