The purpose of the Senior UA Specialist role is to strategically plan and implement paid mobile user acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on boosting install rates, user engagement, and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in mobile performance marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience running paid mobile campaigns with demonstrable success in driving scalable growth for mobile apps: ecommerce, gaming or ideally in fintech branch.
Expertise in mobile UA platforms.
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads and other mobile acquisition platforms. Understanding the specifics of individual social networks. Familiarity with DSPs and programmatic UA is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
Confidence working with data to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Experience in working with MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Kochava, Singular, Tenjin etc.).
Deep understanding of mobile metrics.
Knowledge of mobile funnel KPIs. Ability to derive insights and act on them rapidly.
Creative and growth-oriented mindset.
Strong experimentation mindset with a test–learn–scale approach to creatives and channel mix. Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to align performance goals with wider product, brand, and CRM teams. Experience presenting campaign results and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
Lead performance marketing for mobile acquisition.
Own and execute paid user acquisition strategies focused on app growth across key channels including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X ads, Applovin and other networks.
Manage campaign planning, execution and scaling.
Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns targeting installs, engagement, and retention with clear performance goals (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
Analyze and report on mobile growth performance.
Monitor key metrics such as install volume, cost per action, and retention. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and communicate performance trends and recommendations.
Drive creative testing and iteration.
Collaborate with creative teams on ad production. Develop testing roadmaps for static and video assets to continuously improve engagement and conversion across ad formats.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and data teams.
Align campaign objectives with product launches, in-app events, and lifecycle strategies. Work with analytics teams to ensure accurate attribution and user journey tracking via MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Singular, Tenjin).
Work with ASO and Localization teams to ensure store assets and metadata complement paid strategies and boost conversion from impressions through installs to key events.
Own budget and forecasting for mobile channels.
Plan and manage multi-market ad spend efficiently across various platforms and markets, ensuring optimal pacing and ROI.
