Senior System Analyst

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design smart, scalable solutions that directly impact how our products evolve.

Requirements:

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role

• Previous experience in the financial domain – a strong advantage

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with programming concepts

• Experience with Microservices and API integration is must have

• Strong skills in system design, business process modeling

• Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation

• Knowledge of BPMN and UML

• Knowledge of databases

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex systems and workflows

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders

• Leading meetings and discussions with business teams to understand their needs and system expectations

• Collaborating with internal development teams and external vendors to define technical solutions

• Creating and maintaining clear, structured system/technical documentation

• Translating requirements and documentation into actionable tasks for the development team

• Taking part in workshops to identify processes, improvements, and system functionalities

• Proposing and designing new features

• Analyzing logs, metrics, and system errors to recommend optimizations

• Supporting the QA team in creating test cases and conducting acceptance testing
