Pega System Architect (SSA/LSA)

We are seeking an experienced Pega System Architect (SSA or LSA) to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing advanced functionalities within the Pega Platform, focusing primarily on the Pega Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) module. This position requires extensive expertise in Pega development and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The role involves on-site work 2-3 days per week at one of our client’s offices located in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź, or Warszawa.

Responsibilities

• Implement new functionalities within the Pega Platform, with a primary focus on the Pega CLM module.

• Develop and configure solutions that support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and customize existing Pega workflows and rules accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, system architects, and developers to deliver and maintain Pega-based solutions.

• Participate in on-site work at client locations 2-3 days per week (Warsaw/Łódź/Gdańsk).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT projects.

• Professional experience in Pega development.

• Possession of a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) certification.

• Practical experience working with the Pega Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) module.

• Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Pega Constellation is considered a plus.
