Conversation Designer (aka Agent Whisperer) 

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Conversation Designer to join our team to build the most advanced AI Agents using Google technology. If you're ready to elevate your career, create generative AI solutions and make a significant impact, apply now and become a key player in our dynamic team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Breathing Life into Bots: You'll design, build, and maintain conversational AI that people actually want to talk to.

• Connecting the Dots: You'll work with our awesome cross-functional teams to make sure your creations are flawlessly integrated.

• Wrangling APIs: You'll use your low-code wizardry to connect bots to external systems, unlocking their true potential.

• Shaping the Future: You’ll help us stay on the cutting edge, experimenting with new strategies and making our best practices even better.

You’re a perfect fit if… 

• You live and breathe Generative AI. Prompt engineering is your art form, and you know your way around models like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT.

• You think in flows, intents, and fallbacks. You understand what separates a good bot from a frustrating one.

• You’re not afraid of the technical stuff. You see an API and think "How can I use that?" Low-code platforms are your playground.

• You’re fluent in English (C1+). Bonus points for any other European languages you can charm us with!

• You have some experience with AI or NLP projects under your belt.

Extra Credit if you know your way around:

• Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX, Google Cloud

• Productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, and the Google Suite

• The magic of n8n, Python, RAGs
