Cloud Software Engineer (MID/SENIOR)

Join our Engineering team and bring your skills to the forefront of our innovative projects. Your daily responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and securing comprehensive cloud solutions powered by Generative AI. You will have an opportunity to:

• Design and develop scalable, loosely coupled cloud architectures (Microservices and messaging) for global clients in retail, banking, and telecommunications.

• Collaborate closely in cross-functional pods with Data Scientists, Computational Linguists, and PMs to translate conversational AI flows into robust technical solutions.

• Integrate and build applications around LLMs and modern AI frameworks to solve complex business problems.

• Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated, and reliable software delivery.

• Take ownership of Cloud Security, proactively implementing best practices to protect our infrastructure and data.

• Write clean, efficient code (primarily in Node.js and TypeScript) and conduct thorough software testing.

• Manage and optimize both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure high performance of our applications.

Great if you would:

• Have solid experience in generic software development and building cloud-native solutions (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure is a plus).

• Possess deep proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong API-first mindset.

• Be comfortable navigating the balance between building rapid Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and scaling them into secure production systems.

• Have hands-on DevOps experience, including building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using GitLab) and working with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Pulumi).

• Have practical experience with prompt engineering, integrating AI/LLMs, and responsible use of code generation tools (like Cursor & Claude Code!).

• Have a strong understanding of cloud security principles and secure coding practices.

• Be familiar with containerization (developing and deploying Dockerized applications).

• Have a good command of spoken and written English.

• Have an understanding of modern Observability practices (logging, tracing, monitoring) to track API performance and LLM behavior.

• Be an exceptional problem solver with a willingness to dive deep into the realms of AI applications.

• Be independent, proactive in driving projects autonomously, and eager to be part of a high-performing team.

(Nice to have / Bonus points):

• Familiarity with Python and Go.

• GCP certifications (GCD, GCA).

• Experience in telecommunications/call center environments, specifically with SIP protocol

• Experience with DialogFlow (Conversational Agents) or similar virtual assistant frameworks

• Previous experience in front-end development

Tools you will work with:

• Gitlab / Pulumi (CI/CD & IaC)

• Cursor, Claude Code (AI-assisted development)
