We're looking for a curious and tech-savvy Bot Developer to join our team and build the most advanced AI Agents using Google technology. You'll be the engineer behind brilliant voicebots and chatbots for clients across Europe and the US in retail, insurance, and finance, including Orange, Ryanair, Zalando, West Sussex County Council, MediaExpert, and more. Here’s what you’ll be doing: 🚀

• Building the Engine: You'll implement complex conversational logic, mastering the hybrid world of deterministic rule-based flows AND LLM-based generative features. You know when to use a strict route and when to let the LLM take the wheel.

• Taming the Bleeding Edge: We work with the newest features before they are mainstream. You’ll be diving into documentation (that might be outdated or non-existent), experimenting with new releases, and figuring out how things work so the rest of the team doesn't have to.

• Cloud & API Wizardry: You won't just drag and drop. You’ll deploy webhooks on Cloud Run, manage integrations via APIs, and ensure our bots talk perfectly to external systems.

• Automating the Boring Stuff: You hate doing things manually. You will build internal tools for automatic testing, bulk evaluation, and bot management, ensuring our quality assurance is as high-tech as our bots.

You’re a perfect fit if… 🧠

• You are a Hybrid Developer: You understand the precision of standard NLU (intents/entities) but you also know how to wrangle LLMs (Generative Playbooks, RAGs, and grounding).

• You are a Detective: You don't get scared when the documentation ends. You enjoy reverse-engineering how a new feature works and testing it until it breaks (and then fixing it).

• Code is your Native Language: You are comfortable writing the backend logic (Python or Node.js) to power complex conversations.

• You love Automation: You believe that if a bot can be tested manually, it can be tested automatically. You have ideas on how to script conversation evaluations.

• You’re fluent in English (C1+). Bonus points for any other European languages!

Extra Credit if you know your way around: 🏆

• Google Cloud Platform: Specifically Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI.

• Dialogflow CX (deep technical knowledge of webhooks and parameter manipulation).

• DevOps concepts: CI/CD pipelines for conversational AI.
