Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to complete our newly established team. This role presents an opportunity to work on our flagship accounting and bookkeeping management platform, which serves accounting firms and their clients across both markets. The platform ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while streamlining financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions across both frontend and backend systems using modern technology stacks
• Lead technical architecture discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support business logic and client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance and user experience
• Contribute to documentation and technical debt reduction efforts
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of applications
