Senior Backend Engineer

I'm looking for a Senior Backend Engineer for a financial sector company. Work is hybrid in Warsaw 3-days a week in office.

This role focuses on developing high-performance analytics solutions and integrating them into financial systems. You’ll design scalable workflows, work with third-party integrations, and support downstream consumers with high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate advanced analytics into various financial systems and tools.
• Engineer robust, scalable workflows leveraging vendor systems, cloud technologies, and data engineering platforms.
• Provide efficient support and ensure smooth operations for downstream consumers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in .NET and/or Python.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or a similar development role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to high ethical standards.
