You will be joining a fast-paced team that ships incrementally and iteratively, using data to drive decisions and maintains the core platform that compensation admins use to build and maintain sales compensation models.

What tasks await you in a role?

PS. We are looking for 2 people for 2 different teams, where the division of tasks between frontend and backend is: 50/50 and 60/40

• Design, build, optimize and maintain our data and core platform functionality
• Work across the our full product stack to develop and improve product features
• Participate in the product development process from start to finish, from scoping projects to measuring their success and iterating based on feedback
• Maintain high engineering and security standards, and continuously improve our codebases and processes
• Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale

What do you need to have to be successful?

• min. 5 years of experience in a software engineering role
• You have strong computer science fundamentals (data structures/algorithms)
• You have experience with both frontend and backend development
• You exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
• You demonstrate proficiency with Django and React
• You have experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• You have demonstrated a track record of taking responsibility and ownership over core product areas
• You have a sharp attention to detail, and a user-centric focus
• You have experience making data-driven decisions on product and process
• You have experience building a positive remote-first culture

Nice to have:

• Proficiency with Typescript, AWS, Cypress, and/or Chakra UI

Tech stack in general:

• Typescript & React (current React17, upgrading to React18+ in 2025 part of Frontend team scope), MUI X Premium, Bootstrap, Chakra (reconcile on one)
• Python, Django, Celery (async task framework), GoLang (Smartgrid)
• PostgreSQL, Parquet
• AWS infrastructure

Working hours:

For Fullstack engineers there will be a few meetings 8-10am PST /weekly. Wednesday is no meeting. Try to not have meetings that are required on Fridays.

Recruitment stages:

In total 6 meetings (2 x live coding / hour each) + 4 x 30 mins talking

It can be done in ~7-10 working days

Salary range:

25.000 zł - 29.000 zł / month / B2B + paid break
